Why did you get out of shape? What happened?
The most contributing factor was eating habits. We have a farm and a lot of unhealthy fatty meat, always for free.

What sparked you to make a change?
I felt unhealthy and unfit, even though I did cycle from time to time it was just not enough.

    Hey Marc,

    Will the 8-week built lean program improve my overall fitness and body physique drastically if I’m already considered “in shape”? I am a male currently 5’6″, weighing in at 155 lbs, BMI of 25, and Body Fat is 14%.

      @Darrell – It’s impossible for me to say if you will change your body “drastically” with the program, but as you can see with the many success stories we have, it’s very possible. The results you get are contingent upon (1) how hard you work on the gym and (2) how well you follow the nutrition guidelines. If you nail the exercise and nutrition, then it is my belief you will get some impressive results. You can always email me, or our support staff for any extra clarity once you purchase the program if you have any questions. Having a structured exercise and nutrition plan makes it much more likely that you will get the results you want. So if you are looking to get leaner than you are, my best guess is that the program will not disappoint.
