It’s hard to believe that it’s been 3 months since we put up the first BuiltLean quarterly review, but in sorting through the articles to find the top viewed, rated, and commented on, it wasn’t hard to see that there have been tons of great articles from our contributors since then!

It’s the valuable information our contributors provide that brings new readers and participants to BuiltLean every day, and we’re excited to see how quickly readership is growing each month.

We’ve also included some of our internal news, including some very cool articles published by Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, and Shape Magazine that feature great tips from BuiltLean Founder Marc Perry, as well as an update on our new contributors!

Super popular, this short and sweet article on shocking food facts is rated 4.8/5 stars for a good reason: I would never have dreamed of some of the things that are going into my food & definitely rethought some of my diet staples.

Most Comments – Top 7 Minimalist Shoes To Consider

Since minimalist shoes have been gaining so much press and popularity recently, it’s not surprising that Nate Morrow’s article comparing the top brands to branch into minimalism had so many comments; if you’ve been thinking about trying a pair, check it out for some great tips, both in the article and the comments themselves!
