Kevin Deeth



Kevin is a certified personal trainer and former professional hockey player. Kevin played hockey at the University of Notre Dame where he Captained the team his senior year and earned his BA in Business/Marketing. After college, he pursued a career in professional hockey playing for the Calgary Flames farm team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a certified personal trainer, Kevin has translated his experience training alongside the most elite hockey players and strength coaches in the U.S. into more accessible fitness programs that help his own clients, many of whom are looking to lose weight and have little exercise experience.
