Patrick Koch



Pat Koch is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. After studying at Ithaca College, Pat obtained his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition. Since then he has been working as a trainer specializing in Sports Performance. Pat also spent time as an intern at Cressey Performance, coaching professional baseball players. In the past Pat has worked with a variety of athletes including Professional and Amateur MMA fighters at Ultimate Athletics. Here he gained experience coaching fighters with weight cutting, supplementation, and meal plans. At his current Job Pat uses his nutritional knowledge in combination with training programs in order to get the best results. Through personal and professional experience, research, and a long athletic career Pat has gained the insight to look past the misinformation in the fitness Industry. Through continuous study Pat has gained the knowledge to make effective nutrition and training programs.
