Steve is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist holding a BS in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State University. He is a biomechanist, personal trainer, competitive powerlifter, writer and public speaker who specializes in getting his clients strong and looking good. Recognized as one of the premier trainers in the Boston area, Steve trains out of Fitcorp, Myoforce and Perfect Postures and is the owner of Bergeron Performance Training. His clientele has included those -rehabilitation, athletes, weekend warriors and even elite powerlifters and figure athletes.
