Personal Training
If you are in the NYC area and would like to train with me, please fill out this contact form with the days/times you’re available to train, along with your fitness goals. I require clients to commit to at least 2 months of training with a minimum 2 sessions/week. I use a private, exclusive studio on 33rd and Madison and I will get you great results. No doubt about it.
Fitness Coaching
The best way to reach your goals quickly is by having a mentor who has already accomplished what you want to accomplish and helped others as well. As your mentor, I can offer you invaluable guidance and advice to help you reach your fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible, while keeping you accountable and motivated.
