If you are in the NYC area and would like personal training, or nutrition counseling, please fill out this contact form with the days/times you’re available to train, along with your fitness goals. We require clients to commit to a minimum of 2 months of training with a minimum 2 sessions/week. We use a private, exclusive studio centrally located on 31st between Park and Madison. I’m happy to send you over information about our training and nutrition counseling services.
If you are in NYC and personal training seems like it’s a stretch (in terms of money, or time), we offer a 60 minute personal fitness consultation where we send you a quick questionnaire, and then we meet in person for my analysis and recommendations. We may also complete a short workout along with exercise demonstrations if time permits.
