What are the workouts like?
I actually enjoy working out now because I know I’m going to look better the more I work out. But at first I hated it so much because I never worked out so hard.

Can you elaborate on how you’re eating habits changed?
From eating 3 subway footlongs, Burger king, 2 bags of chips a day, I changed to eating egg whites/ oatmeal at breakfast, lean meat and vegetables at lunch and dinner and sometimes I would take a protein shake in between lunch and dinner. Eating at Natureworks breakfast, lunch, and dinner helped me so much to keep a healthy diet because the food is delicious and healthy for you.

      @slee – Keep up the good work. I want to emphasize the results that Constantinos got in terms of total fat loss are not typical. In fact, they are over 2x the pace of fat loss of most people who complete the program and they are as fast as I’ve ever seen as a percent of body weight and I’ve been doing this for quite a while!

    bah! i had lost 89 pounds to reach 69kgs a year and a half back, but i gained 30 pounds by just not doing any physical exercises and that due to my job. =/.

    but i sincerely believe that losing 40lbs in 8 weeks is possible! but then as per to this man’s case – this is not something really healthy.
    to lose at around 5lbs per week would either be healthily possible if the person has beed created a huge calorific gap or if the person BMI has had been more than 30 – i..e. really obese a person!

    I really don’t think that’s really plausible and that w..r.t to the health.

      @Nasr – I think how Constantinos lost all the weight was completely healthy as he was eating very well and exercise effectively, without creating too significant of a deficit. Keep in mind he’s only 17 years old, so his metabolism is a lot different than someone twice, or three times his age.

    Marc,

    I was just wondering if your program is for females as well. All the results I have seen are from men. I keep looking at the program trying deciced if I want to purchase it. but not sure how it will benfit me.

      @carolyn – women can certainly do the program as well and there are menus for the calorie level appropriate for women. Most of our customers are men, but many women have also completed the program successfully. I think ultimately if you are comfortable with strength training as the primary means of losing fat without losing muscle, you’ll do great.
