    Wow... this is really an impressive playlist .... will be updating mine starting right now.
    Marc, I really appreciate you work and profound knowledge, you explain everything in detail, Now a days with so many fitness gurus and experts out there and all giving limited or incomplete info your blog is a boon..... I learnt a lot of things by trial and error method, trying to see what works best for my body but the good thing is kids now a days don't have to do that, thanks to your amazing blog... So if today if anybody asks me stuff about getting lean I tell them to check your blog and follow it with blind faith..... All the best for the future and I wish you a happy life.

    I always listen to dubstep, hard electro or dnb.

    I really gives me that extra drive and makes me feel like a robot that can just keep going.
