Jump Rope Workout Challenge: 100 Reps Under 30 Seconds

5 Minute Jump Rope Workout

Here are the quick workout instructions.1 If you don’t have much time, this makes for a great workout first thing in the morning, or whenever you can squeeze it in.

  • Complete 100 reps as fast as you can
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Repeat 5x. That’s it.

    Now start timing yourself to see if you can do 100 reps in under 30 second. It’s not easy!

    1. To attempt this workout, you should be at a baseline of physical fitness. Otherwise, this could cause injury to your joints.

      You have to try Ropix when you are jumping rope ! http://www.ropixshoe.com

      It will make a difference. It's made for jump rope but is also excellent for many other activities.
