BuiltLean Program Review FabioResults may vary. Proper diet and exercise are necessary to achieve weight loss and muscle definition.

I’m excited to share with you an email I just received from Fabio from Miami, FL. Fabio has been following BuiltLean.com for a year and also completed my Transformation Program.

It never ceases to amaze me how eating and training hard and smart can lead to incredible body transformations:

Hello Marc,

I wanted to show you my progress using your program along with eating clean, healthy and smart. The first pic was July 2013, the second July 2014. I am 6’3″, I was 196 lbs, now 170 lbs. I’m 49 years old. I enjoy your info and everything you do for us.

Thanks a lot!
Fabio

Great result! This dude needs to be applauded.

The article does concern me in relation to my own goal. I’ve given myself 15 weeks to drop 20lbs of body fat. I refuse to be the guy on the beach with my t-shirt on…

I’m 37 years old whose weight has fluctuated the past few years between 196-210lbs and I’m hoping to get to 182 and then maintain. I’m following a Paleo diet 90% of the time and if I cheat (every 10 days) I am still avoiding sugar and gluten. Calories may not be the answer but I shoot for 900 below maintenance every day.

I’m following a push/pull/legs/rest repeat training programme but am also toying with the idea of adding morning power walks to give myself the best chance of reaching my goal by Xmas.

I supplement with omega 3, vitamin b & d and also take CLA and green tea extract.

Is this all going to get me there considering this dude dropped 26lbs in a year?? I know he’s got a few years on me but I fear my goal isn’t realistic. Thank you for any advice in advance.

I think 15 weeks to drop 20 pounds of fat is realistic. In my opinion, the major determinant of your success will be the nutrition, and in particular, the calorie level you eat. Certainly, calorie quality and quantity are important, but when people fail to lose weight, the most common reason is because they are eating more calories than they think they are.
